Hello! This is my first year teaching at St. Philip’s Preparatory School and I am super excited. I graduated from Montclair State University this past May, with my degree in Family Science and Human Development with a concentration in School Settings. My philosophy of teaching and learning is creating a working collaborative environment where students can become a community of learners who support one another. During my student teaching, I was in a classroom where everyone had the chance to participate and share their ideas, and it is important to me that I create the same atmosphere in my classroom. The classroom should be a place where students have the freedom to share thoughts, challenge ideas, and respect one another.
