Students receive instruction in the following “special” subject areas:
World Languages
expand the curriculum to enrich student learning. Middle school students receive weekly instruction in Latin. Spanish is taught on a weekly basis in Pre-Kindergarten to third grade, while Intermediate and Middle school students receive instruction twice a week. Upon completion of eighth grade, students are able to communicate, in Spanish, in written and verbal forms.
Physical Education/Health
All students in grades PK 3-8 attend classes once per week.
Art and Music
once per week students in grades PK 3-Grade 5 receive instruction.
Computer/technology
classes for all grades are provided either in-class or in the computer lab once per week.
